We are developing our own platform on Rust with a latency of <10 microseconds for trading with thousands of instruments on dozens of markets. Leading processes and tasks is our way of life.

We expect that the candidate will help with our plans to expand into local markets all over the world.

We are looking for a Technical Lead in the Russian-speaking core team to develop and implement new features of an algorithmic trading platform.

We create complex fintech solutions, use only modern technologies and mature development methods.

We need an experienced systems developer to help our engineering team take the result to the next level.

Right now a distributed team of 10+ people is developing a system in Rust programming language, and it is responsible for backtesting, collecting data from trading kernels and providing that data to various consumers. The task now is to manage the development of new features, for example, for trading derivative financial instruments.

This role is about: - participate in planning of features and approval of business and technical requirements; - translate stakeholder requirements into deliverables through effective prioritization, task decomposition and backlog and technical debt management; - be responsible for evaluating the complexity and timing of the team's implementation; - be a playful coach and mentor to the team, dealing with code and team performance assessments; - provide quality results - reliability and performance of developed solutions.

Required skills and experience: - experience in team lead/technical lead role, building fault tolerant systems; - ability to produce the results the business needs, not just code itself; - at least 2 years of experience in Rust systems development; - ability to manage a team; - knowledge or experience in HFT & algo trading is desirable.
