Rust.Careers Terms of Service
By using our services, you affirm that you are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms. Only official employees and company representatives are allowed to as a company. By posting as a company you must have a direct connection to that company.
2.1 Rust.Careers does not share user data or personal identifiable information with thirdparties. 2.2 Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all emails we send you, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occurs.
3.1 Rust.Careers only offer refunds for single posts and not for job bundles. If a Job post was posted without permission from the posting company or in case of any fraudulent activity, contact us and we will refund your payment within 72-48hours.
4.1 Rust.Careers only shares minimal customer information with our payment provider which is Stripe(stripe.com).
5.1 Job Listings: Rust.Careers provides a platform for employers to post job listings and for users to search and apply for jobs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of job listings. 5.2 User Content: Users may post content on the Platform, including resumes and job applications. You are solely responsible for the content you post, and you grant Rust.Careers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable right to use, display, and reproduce such content. 5.3 Everyone must reference Rust.Careers when linking any content from this platform.
We have do not allow and are actually fighting against fraud. You agree not to: 6.1 Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law. 6.2 Post false, misleading, harmful or fraudulent information. 6.3 Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of this information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Rust.Careers reserves the right to terminate or/and suspend any content and job post and restrict access to the Platform for any reason, without notice.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. Rust.Careers is not responsible for the actions of employers or users.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom..
Rust.Careers reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
