Platform Engineer at 3Box Labs

Join us in revolutionizing the web by building composable data infrastructure with Ceramic, our first product. As a Platform Engineer at 3Box Labs, you'll manage our cloud infrastructure, develop tooling in Rust, and help maintain our internal platform for simulation and testing.

Responsibilities:

• Manage AWS, GCP, and other cloud infrastructure
• Plan and deploy monitoring and observability mechanisms
• Develop existing and new tooling in Rust for internal platform simulation and testing
• Ensure best practices for infrastructure management and maintenance
• Participate in on-call rotation and manage cloud and bare metal infrastructure

• Forecast and manage costs Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with GCP, AWS, and Terraform

• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, or DataDog
• Experience with Rust or other systems programming languages
• Experience with "4 9s" level reliability (99.99% uptime)
• Experience building internal infrastructure products

Salary Range: $182k - $212k (depending on seniority and location)
