Job Opening: Rust Developer for DevEco IDE

Position Overview

As an HR Assistant at Huawei, I'm excited to announce we're looking for an experienced Rust developer to join our team and contribute to the development of features for our innovative DevEco IDE. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a dynamic environment.

About the Role

You will play a key role in building and enhancing the functionality of our IDE, working closely with our engineering team to design, implement, and optimize new features. Your work will ensure a seamless and efficient development experience for our users.

Note: Huawei has been successfully using Rust in production for several years, and you'll be joining a team with deep expertise in the language.

Key Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Rust programming language
Experience with IDE development or similar software projects
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Self-motivated, independent, organized and proactive
Highly responsive, flexible, and adaptable when working across multiple teams
Good knowledge of written and spoken English

Technical Preferences:

Experience in Java
Experience in TypeScript and JavaScript
Experience in Unit Testing (e.g., Jest, Jasmine, Karma)
Experience in other backend technologies
