Description

Join Radar, a rapidly growing location infrastructure company, and help build multi-stack features across backend, frontend, and mobile. Our SDKs have been installed on over 100M devices worldwide, and we're looking for a Product Engineer to work on core Radar mobile infrastructure and full-stack features.

Responsibilities:

Work on core Radar mobile infrastructure built with Kotlin, Objective-C, Swift, as well as wrapper SDKs written in React Native, Flutter, and Capacitor
Develop full-stack features across frontend and backend
Embody our "Walk a mile" value by walking around to QA and debug the Radar SDK
Push the limits of what is possible with location services on iOS and Android
Talk to Radar customers and prospects, hear their feedback, incorporate it into your work, and make them successful

The server is a Node.js Express app and a Rust backend Geocoder. We use MongoDB, S3/Athena, Redis, Airflow and everything is deployed to AWS.

Requirements:

Experience building mobile infrastructure
Comfortable working on both iOS and Android
Interest in talking to customers and prospects and making them successful
Deeply curious about how things work and have the tenacity to sit with hard problems and power through them Bonus Points:
Former technical co-founder
Experience with SDK development
Experience with indoor positioning
Experience with background location or network infrastructure
Experience with FusedLocationProvider, GeofencingClient, and Beacon monitoring and ranging You'll Work With:

For candidates based in the United States, the base salary range for this full-time position is between $150,000 - $250,000/year with an opportunity for performance bonuses and incentives.
