Job Opening: Rust Developer at Tsuru Capital

Location: Tokyo, Japan (English-speaking environment) Remote Work: Initial month on-site preferred, flexible thereafter (online hours: 8:30-16:30 JST) Visa: Japanese visa sponsorship available

The Role: As a developer at Tsuru Capital, you'll:

• Implement new trading strategies and analysis tools primarily in Rust
• Work with our in-house software stack (350k SLOC)

• Collaborate in a open environment where knowledge-sharing is encouraged Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in Rust programming

• Ability to navigate and contribute to a medium-sized codebase
• Comfort with git and Linux

• Eagerness to learn about options trading (prior finance experience not required) We Offer:
