Position Overview

We're seeking a Platform Software Engineer to develop our real-time tracking systems that process thousands of soccer and basketball games. You'll work at the intersection of high-performance computing and sports technology, helping build the future of sports analytics and visualization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement low-latency algorithms alongside computer vision, AI, and augmentation teams
• Develop high-performance code for both cloud and on-premises deployments
• Build autonomous systems to scale our technology and reduce manual intervention
• Create tools and frameworks to enhance developer experience and productivity
• Participate in on-call support and root cause analysis for live events

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry software engineering experience
• Expertise in Rust (or strong proficiency in C++ or Go with willingness to learn Rust)
• Experience with real-time, low-latency system architecture and benchmarking
• Strong background in framework development and developer experience
• Excellence in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Proven leadership and communication skills

Base Salary Range
