The Role

Join us in building high-performance distributed systems where Rust isn't just a tool – it's fundamental to our architecture. You'll work on everything from low-level networking code to distributed services, turning cutting-edge tech (Rust, WebAssembly, Kubernetes) into elegant solutions.

What You'll Build

• Cloud-native infrastructure components in Rust
• High-performance async networking systems
• Kubernetes operators and cloud deployment systems
• Developer tooling for rapid iteration
• Distributed stream processing engines

Technical Requirements

• 2+ years of production Rust experience, particularly with async programming
• 3+ years cloud infrastructure experience (1+ year AWS)
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and data structures
• Solid networking and Linux systems programming background
• Experience with Kubernetes (1+ year minimum)
• API design experience (2+ years building REST services)

Bonus Points For

• Experience with event streaming (Kafka, Flink)
• AWS expertise (EKS, S3, IAM, EC2, VPC)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Kubernetes Operator development
• Open source contributions
